It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure its bid is delivered and received by the time and at the location designated. ÌýAny bidsÌýreceived after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted.Ìý

It is the Bidder's responsibility to notify the District of its interest in this bid and to monitor this site for any changes, updates, revisions, and/or uploaded documents.Ìý

The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids/submittals.ÌýAll materials submitted to the District in response to this bid shall remain the property of the District.ÌýThe District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any bid/submittal in response to this bid.
