Board Meetings

Board Meetings are typically scheduled on the first and third Tuesday of each month and are scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m.  Regular meetings are broadcast live on Cox Channel 39 and IUSD’s .  Community members wishing to address the Board on a topic not on the formal agenda may do so during "Public Comments" after submitting a Request to Address the Board form (available at the meeting) and after being recognized by the Board President. Community members wishing to speak to the Board on a topic that is on the agenda may do so at the time the item is discussed by the Board, after submitting a Request to Address the Board form (available at the meeting). Public comments are limited to a total of three minutes per person for non-agendized items, three minutes per person for each agendized item, and comments are limited to 30 minutes per topic if there are multiple speakers for a single topic. Speakers may not yield their time to other persons. Board Meeting agendas are posted on the District's website prior to the close of business on the Friday preceding the regular meeting.
