It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure its bidÌýis delivered and received by the time and at the location designated. ÌýAny bidsÌýreceived after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted.Ìý

Questions (¸é¹ó±õ’s) regarding this Bid must be submitted in writing and emailed to JoAnn Cisneros atÌýJoAnnCisneros@iusd.org, no later thanÌý11:00 am on May 30, 2019. Any RFI received after this timeframe will not be responded to. Addenda information will be posted on or before 11:00 am on May 31, 2019.Ìý

The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.ÌýAll materials submitted to the District in response to this Bid shall remain the property of the District.ÌýThe District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this Bid.
