It is the Proposer's responsibility to ensure its proposal is delivered and received by the time and at the location designated. Freshly prepared samples as per the RFP documents must be submitted with Proposer's proposal by the date and time of closing.ÌýÌýAny proposals and samples received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted.Ìý

The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.ÌýAll materials submitted to the District in response to this RFPÌýshall remain the property of the District.ÌýThe District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this RFP.
