IUSD continues its tradition of excellence, with state standardized assessment scores outperforming both state and Orange County averages. IUSD ranked No. 1 in California in Science, Mathematics, and English Language Arts/Literacy (ELA) for public school districts with 35,000 or more students.

We are hosting a job fair on Monday, November 3, from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. at the Learning Center in Room 6. We're hiring Instructional Assistants, Nutrition Services Support, Behavioral Interventionists and more!

Join us on November 5 at 7 p.m. at Irvine High School as over 1,200 talented IUSD students from our middle and high school marching bands showcase their musical artistry. 

Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ hosting Ask-A-Scientist/Engineer Night! This free annual event will assist students in grades 6 through 12 who are working on science fair projects. 

October is National Bullying Prevention Month. Our students, staff and families are across IUSD schools to continue to raise awareness and support kind and respectful school cultures. Below are five facts about bullying prevention on our campuses.  

Helping children understand digital citizenship and the responsible use of technology is essential to equipping our children with the skills and knowledge to thrive in this digital age while staying safe and responsible online.

As Artificial Intelligence (AI) continues to reshape our world, preparing students and the adults who support them to use it proficiently and responsibly is essential. As we implement these new tools, our educators will continue to play the primary role in preparing our students to be future-ready.

Three IUSD students have been named among Thermo Fisher Scientific’s top 300 junior innovators.

Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ College, Career and Life Readiness Fair is on October 28 from 5-7 p.m. at Irvine High School (4321 Walnut Avenue, Irvine). All students, families and community members are invited to this free event.

Eighteen IUSD students earned the Congressional Gold Medal Award, the United States Congress’s highest honor bestowed upon a youth civilian.
