RFP No. 18/19-01IT, VoIP Telecommunications system
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ (District) is seeking proposals to procure a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Telecommunications SystemÌýand related servicesÌýthat can meet the current and future needs of multiple school sites and administrativeÌýoffice locations in the most cost effective manner. Interested Consultants are encouraged to submit proposals consistent with the RFP documents and timeline below.

The Intent to Award anticipated date has changed from February 1, 2019 to January 30, 2019.
The District anticipates holding Finalist Presentations within the week of January 7, 2019.Ìý Finalists will be notified of their selected time by the District representative.

The Vendor Pre-Proposal Conference will be a Question and Answer format.Ìý Responses to questions will be provided in the RFI on the District website.
Questions (RFI’s) regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to Michelle BennettÌýat MichelleBennett@iusd.org, no later than 12:00 pm onÌý November 13, 2018. Any RFI received after this timeframe will not be responded to. Ìý
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting proposals until 12:00 pm on Friday, November 30,Ìý2018.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.ÌýAll materials submitted to the District in response to this RFP shall remain the property of the District.ÌýThe District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this RFP.
