RFP No. 17/18-04IT, DIGITAL COPIERS
Â鶹ÊÓƵ (District) is seeking proposals to procure Digital Copiers of various capacities and related servicesÌýthat can meet the current and future needs fo multiple school sites and administrativeÌýoffice locations in the most cost effective manner. Interested Consultants are encouraged to submit proposals consistent with the RFP documents and timeline below.

Award of contract has been moved to the July 31stÌýBoard meeting.Ìý
Site visits have been extended to include June 27th.
The DistrictÌýanticipates visiting sites ofÌýselected finalists to view and test proposed equipment on June 25th and June 26th.ÌýÌý
Questions (RFI’s) regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to Michelle BennettÌýat MichelleBennett@iusd.org, no later than 12:00 pm onÌý June 1, 2018. Any RFI received after this timeframe will not be responded to. Ìý
Â鶹ÊÓƵ currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting proposals until 12:00 pm on Friday, June 15,Ìý2018.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.ÌýAll materials submitted to the District in response to this RFP shall remain the property of the District.ÌýThe District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this RFP.
