Â鶹ÊÓƵ dedicated to fostering open, two-way communication with our community. Surveys play a crucial role in this effort, providing us with valuable insights into your experiences and needs. Your feedback directly influences how we enhance the quality of the supports and services we offer.
The surveys throughout the year are:
1. Annual Survey
The Annual Survey tells us what is important to our families, students and staff. Your feedback is essential in helping the District identify areas where we are excelling and areas where we need to improve. Some of the survey topics include:
- Parent/guardian engagement
- The teaching and learning environment at your child’s school
- Bullying
- Homework
- Mental health and student stress levels
- School climate
- Your child’s overall educational experience
The Annual Survey is available in multiple languages and responses are anonymous.
2. Transportation Survey
IUSD’s Transportation Survey gathers feedback, which will be used to:
- Identify the transportation needs of IUSD families. \
- Improve transportation services across the District.
- Update the City of Irvine’s Suggested Routes to School.
- Help the City evaluate the need for additional safe routes to school.
The survey is available in multiple languages.
3. Calendar Survey
Each year, IUSD teachers, classified staff, and administrators work together to develop school calendars for the years ahead, for both traditional and year-round schools. While instruction and learning are the primary considerations, this group also considers past history, tradition, and feedback from the community.
4. Communications Survey
Questions focus on understanding how effectively we engage with the IUSD community and identifying areas for improvement in our messaging, communications and content accessibility.Â
We appreciate your participation and are committed to using your input to drive continuous improvement and better serve our students, families, and staff.
