Mental Health Resources
While summer is a time for fun and adventure, it’s also important to take care of your mental and emotional well-being. If needed this summer break, please visit ourÌýMental Health andÌýCounseling web pages. Both sites provide mental health and wellness resources and links to community services, including:
Free, confidential help connecting to mental health providers.
Concierge support for navigating mental health services.
Referrals to local social service programs.
Screenings for dental, medical, housing, and food needs.
Access to a coordinator for system navigation.
Free telehealth therapy.
One-on-one counseling with licensed therapists.
Referrals can be made by parents or school staff.
