District is currently advertising in the OC RegisterÌýand accepting bids until 11:30 am on August 12, 2025.ÌýÌý

It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure its Bid is delivered and received by the time and at the location designated.Ìý Any Bids received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted.Ìý

It is the Bidder's responsibility to notify the contact listed in this Bid of its interest and to monitor this site for any changes, updates, revisions, and/or uploaded documents.Ìý

The District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.ÌýAll materials submitted to the District in response to this bid shall remain the property of the District.ÌýThe District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this bid.
